60 watt gain in 3 months
And everyone is hitting PB's
I could tell you the system works. I’d rather show you.
Blair joined our Coaching Program (Not Done Yet) and did his 20-minute effort test in December. Average power: 236 watts.
Three months later he retested. 296 watts.
60 watts. Three months.
His words: “Also felt like I had nothing left back in December. Today I was left feeling I paced it wrong and could have got more out of myself.” He gained 60 watts and still felt like there was more in the tank.
Gregory was 315 pounds. Years of calorie restriction had wrecked his metabolism. He started following our dietary plan and today he’s under 100kg for the first time in 15 years. “I can only surmise that it’s healing my metabolism after years of calorie restriction. I cannot believe I’m under 100kg.”
John had six-day work weeks, four-hour commutes, travelling Dublin to Cork. He still showed up. Down 6.7kg since mid-December. His post ended with five words: “Not done yet — just getting started.”
Keaven beat his 2-minute power PB from 2023. A 25-watt improvement on his favourite climb. Quinton won his first ever Zwift race — had enough in the tank to outsprint the group at the finish. David hit a 15-second power PB on what was supposed to be a steady endurance ride. Vern smashed a power PR he wasn’t even looking for and is heading into his first race of the year.
Seven members. Seven different stories. One thing in common: none of this happened because they trained more. It happened because they had the right system around the training they were already doing.
Daily feedback catching problems before they compound. Weekly coaching calls adjusting the plan. Monthly reviews seeing patterns they couldn’t see from inside the effort.
Same jobs as you. Same families. Same hours. They stopped trying to figure it out alone.
We’ve opened our coaching doors for a limited number of spots. Just 30 spots.
And we’re only opening them for 5 days. This is Day 3 of 5.
They’re filling.

P.S. Blair didn’t gain 60 watts by training more. He gained them by having three coaches review his training every week and a system that covered the four things his old plan was missing. (Nutrition, Strength training, Recovery Protocols & Accountability)
