Dragon Ride offers four distances through South Wales. The 2026 Gran Fondo covered 222km with 3,583m of ascent; the longer Dragon Devil covered 298km with 4,504m. Choose the route before building your training plan: the extra distance changes the time, climbing and fuelling you need to prepare for.
