HOW THE RACE WAS WON
A large break crossed the Grand Ballon and Ballon d'Alsace before the GC group closed on the Col du Haag. When the gradient reached 16%, Tadej Pogačar attacked and rode alone to Le Markstein. Isaac del Toro and Paul Seixas followed at 38 seconds.

GENERAL CLASSIFICATION AFTER STAGE 14
Pogačar retained yellow and recorded his 25th Tour stage win. Seixas gained 16 seconds on Juan Ayuso, moved ahead of him overall and took the white young-rider jersey.
