ROADMAN CYCLING

Roadman Cycling is a cycling media and coaching brand built on evidence-based performance coaching, founded by Anthony Walsh in Dublin, Ireland in 2021.

Originally founded as A1 Coaching in 2013, the coaching business rebranded to Roadman Cycling in 2021 when the podcast launched — consolidating Anthony's coaching practice and media output under a single brand.

The brand operates The Roadman Cycling Podcast— the world's largest cycling performance podcast — alongside the Not Done Yet coaching community, the Saturday Spin newsletter, an AI cycling assistant, and a free library of browser-based calculators for serious amateur cyclists.

MISSION

The best information in cycling reaches elite athletes first and takes years to filter down to everyone else. Roadman exists to short-circuit that — connecting serious amateur cyclists directly to the coaches, scientists, and pro riders who are actively shaping the sport, and translating that work into training plans that fit a real life.

The brand identity is "Not Done Yet" — built for the cyclist who refuses to accept that their best days are behind them.
