Graph plotting maximum sustainable power against time (1 second to 4+ hours). Reveals strengths relative to overall profile.

The most comprehensive single view of a cyclist's abilities. WKO5, Intervals.icu, and Golden Cheetah build it from ride data. A sprinter's curve is high left, drops steeply. A time triallist's holds well at 20-60 min. Coaches use it to identify limiters.
