Course Overview
Yorkshire is cycling country — the legacy of the 2014 Grand Départ runs deep — and the Tour de Yorkshire sportive captures everything that makes it special. The route passes through stunning dales countryside, over moorland and through market towns on roads that have hosted some of the biggest races in the world. Not as extreme as the Fred Whitton but punchy enough to leave a mark on unprepared legs.
